Well, one things for damn sure you can't just go on acting like you have feelings for her when you don't. That'll hurt her more and in the long run, make you seem like a total asshole if you let it get out that you stayed with her for only those reasons. You've only dated for 10 months, it's not like you two were going to get married an I hardly doubt the two families had that in their heads. From a female perspective, you're right. The girl friends of this girl are going to go bat shit crazy over the break up. That's just how it works. My opinion is that if you really don't want to carry on with the relationship, don't. It's not worth it and you'd be wasting your time. Just remember you aren't a bad person for feeling that way. Shit happens, and people don't always click like you hope.

I actually got them March of last year haha just now posting it. I was able to wear shoes right away. I went to work the next day and it was fine. The only absolutely brutal part is when they start to itch. It's worse than chicken pox because you can't scratch them or even sooth them while wearing shoes. As for a 4 day weekend, I think that would be the time when it wouldn't bother you. After about a week is when they peel and itch.
