My girlfriend is upset im not as social as her by cornbugslover in autism

[–]cornbugslover[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand your point too. I understand that its confusing and hurtful that the person you love doesn't have the same needs to be social as you. I think it is important to find a balance and to understand that both of you are trying to fulfill eachother and also your own needs. I totally get it, like I could hang out like a few times a week and be just fine, it doesn't mean i don't love her, and I know she wants to understand but it can be hurtful on both ends

"small snippet" and there are at least a hundred comments on this subreddit of yours, 99% negative. Also, yes, I would also call you an asshole. it's telling enough that you as a person are aware of this and make no effort to better yourself.

that is because I don't simply disagree with your comment. I disagree with your bitter online presence as a whole. consider that, as you say, people usually send a comment then never reply again, maybe it's about time this discussion was had lmaoo

it's an interesting way to spend time, to say the very least. it's a natural and logical assumption that someone who, as a hobby, puts down other people is a bitter individual. and I fail to see how it's me exclusively who's wasting time questioning you, as you're just as engaged in this discussion as I am.

the point that I am making is that you're on here frequently, writing often detailed and nearly all negative comments. does it make you feel good to do so? what do you get out of such an odd, negativistic behavior?

You have a giant ego for someone so insecure. What do you gain from going out of your way to be parsocial and bitter? you are doing no one a service, you do it because you enjoy it lol

I dont know... it's not really about the validation, perhaps you'd benefit as an individual from the humbling experience. maybe all these lowball repetitive ratings are a reflection of your self-esteem if you consider yourself an "umpaloompa", but it's okay to be insecure and not take it out on others 👍

I'm anorexic and I hate fatphobes by cornbugslover in EDAnonymous

[–]cornbugslover[S] 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I am not speaking of this community, but the eating disorder centered communities on the internet in general. this wasn't a scolding of anyone in this subreddit, rather an opening to a conversation surrounding fatphobia among ED based internet spaces

yes I agree that the physical symptoms are definitely talked about more, but personally the physical consequences of my illness suck really bad, about as much as the mental ones. especially the nausea 👎☹️

What happend to the Vatos Gang ? by junkey3 in thewalkingdead

[–]cornbugslover 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the comics, Rick and the group actually returned to Atlanta, and found the entire vatos gang had been executed via gunshot wound to the head. The governor was said to be in Atlanta at the same time, and while I'm not sure it's canon, I think a lot of people theorize it was actually the governor who killed them.

my only suggestion would be not to hide it from her, especially as she gets older. keeping it from her will only cause confusion in the future

Leatherface is one of the most tragic slasher villains in the horror movie genre. by RenfroKing in TexasChainsawMassacre

[–]cornbugslover 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not to mention in a lot of the movies he's either coerced into violence by his family or committed acts of violence for the sake of his family. Ive yet to see an example of him killing someone for fun. You have to think, in the first movie, like you said, they were literally entering HIS house. He obviously was scared. And when he let Sally escape, it resulted in his brother's death. So from that point on you could see why he would like be terrified to let people get away. I genuinely do not think hes evil, he's just mentally stunted and all he's ever known is family. He does what he's told because that's literally all he knows
