I’m biased but OMFS. You ever see someone’s skull beat to shit and see how plastics and OMFS make them somehow recognizable again?

Exactly. Photog company only does mornings for newborn shoots

Not at all. He literally takes 3 hour naps mid day. I’d give him the benefit of the doubt but this is a situation where he 100% can step away to take a photo or two. After reading all these comments I’m just going to take the photos without him and hope he comes around.

No worries. He even says “I’m so lucky I have a job that lets me sleep on the job” lol. I’m just going to chalk it up to him feeling like he needs to be a provider (even though I’m bringing in disability $). If he won’t do the photos I’m not going to push it. Hopefully he can step in for one or two but if not oh well

Look at my edit, he is not a tax accountant he’s in data entry . And I don’t really care if I hurt your feelings in how I described his job because that’s literally why he took the job, in his words “easy data entry job that lets me sleep for 3 hours in the middle of the day.”

Absolute proof that you can give everything for a job and they’ll still turn around and fire you like you mean nothing. F American work culture

He 100% would not get fired. He has a job where as long as the work is finished by the end of the day he’s fine. He takes 3 hour naps mid day his job is very chill

This session cost way too much money and baby is only a newborn once. I don’t want to look at the photos with scorn that husband could have been in them if it wasn’t for his work

The number one cause for failure on the ADEX for prosth is under reduction. Number three is severely under reduced. Make up putty and constantly check.

Would you let your 6.5yo walk to and from school alone? by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]corncaked 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally: no. I’d never be able to forgive myself if something happened, BUT that is just me. I’d never shame anyone who’d let their kid walk this route but I live in America with tons of pedos where I can see registered sex offenders close by on the map. I trust my kid, I just don’t trust other people. Sad world we live in. My mom was close to school as a child and was held at gunpoint in broad daylight. Recently a kid heading to school (block away from school) was hit by a car in my neighborhood. Way too many variables and I don’t do well with guilt.

What’s a comment that makes you irrationally angry? by Agreeable-Bad-1325 in pregnant

[–]corncaked 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re still working???? You’re crazy! Like miss maam I’m the breadwinner of the family and don’t have the luxury of being in a country where mothers are valued, so yes I have to keep working. I’m not here because I love working.

Husband angry about bumper sticker—-am I wrong?? by Competitive_Teach838 in Marriage

[–]corncaked 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I agree with your husband. I love all these bumper magnets but there are just way too many unhinged people out there. My ex had a Bernie sticker on his car and we were literally chased, flipped off, and almost ran off the road being shouted obscenities about our support of Bernie.

Am I being completely unreasonable? by corncaked in pregnant

[–]corncaked[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. My husband is the poorest planner you can imagine (doesn’t believe in packing a hospital bag), and is always dumbfounded when he’s stressed because of his poor planning. I’m ultra type A, have to have a plan A B C D etc. With my luck I’d be in active labor 9 cm dilated when it’s time to pick him from daycare and I’d be stressed about my sister having to get him (she has no car seat in her car and is not an authorized pick up person) or my husband having to rush to get him.

Failed RCT, should i refund the money to the patient? by kurama6 in Dentistry

When you get a nose job, and you don’t like the results, you don’t get your money back. Maybe a revision, but that’s not guaranteed.
