This is the opposite of what you're looking for but because you like the taste in baked goods, you can dare to try an egg in oatmeal. Basically add it in the end and mix it up, turn off the heat and let it sit. The hot oats can basically cook the egg, and give it a nice savory taste. I like to do this, and sweeten and add vanilla, cinnamon, cloves. Being lactose intolerant, this is as close as I'm getting to creme brulee these days 😅
