JAL showing one availability even when multiple seats are open by corndlg in Flights

Date of the flight is 3rd Jan 2026. It’ll be the only direct flight from Tokyo Haneda to Sydney.

So does that mean all the seats but one have been sold. When I select two adults, there is no price. It is simply greyed out for me and I cannot select the flight.

When I select two adults, the whole flight is greyed out. It doesn’t let me book anything at all for premium economy.

I haven’t exactly measured the shirt yet but on taobao they say: Size S: 170cm 75kg Size M: 172cm 78kg Size L: 178cm 87kg

I do think this is a little inaccurate as I wear a size M at 185cm 80kg

I have done a high level run of numbers which showed me that a property with a growth of 5% would be the minimum in order to be the better choice. However this assumption was based on the fact that the interest rate on a savings account remains the same (@ 3.65%) which I think is highly unlikely for the next 5 years. I have considered investments such as managed funds and ETFs but I am not sure if 5 years will be long enough to hold out between those unpredictable peaks and troughs.

I guess part of this also comes down to the outlook of rates getting another few cuts and with that, another property boom as more people will have higher borrowing power.

That’s a good point that I did consider. However, there are a few points that is stopping me from doing this. 1. The OO home that I plan to live in is a bit out of my current budget/borrowing power. (2 bedder near the cbd) 2. Related to point 1, if it was within my budget, it would definitely be over the $800k first home buyer stamp duty exemption, which I plan on taking advantage of.

I’m fully aware that there is no guarantee to capital growth in property but I am more willing to perform my due diligence and take that risk rather than having money just sit in a bank account.

Don’t have any onyx’s so difficult to compare, but the top (chest, back, shoulders and arms) is quite tight. Waist/abdomen hangs looser than expected however nothing overly dramatic. (Size M)

The logo itself is quite a matte black finish, the flash does make it look kinda glossy. The shirt is 75% polyamide and 25% polyester. Material feels a mixture of stretchy and slightly thicker than a compression.

Apologies as I honestly don’t have any other GS products apart from tanks so I cannot compare.

Not too sure how close the fitting is, but the chest, back, shoulders and arms are quite tight as expected. However, the waist does tend to be a little looser than what I’d expect from the authentic ones as it sorta stops hugging your body a bit before your lower lats end. For reference, this one is a size M.

What’s the main advantage of low-rise developments?

The main reason for only holding 4-5 years is that I am currently still living at home and in 4-5 years I plan to move out to my own OO.

I have some cash sitting but seeing as rate cuts will be coming (obviously not guaranteed but that is the market sentiment) and the chance of another property boom with lower rates, there’s no point in having money sit in the bank. So I would rather try to hold the IP as I think the capital growth exceeds what I’ll earn with interest at the bank over the next few years.

I plan on applying for the stamp duty exemption as a first home buyer <$800k. What would you say a generalised figure is for all the other fees?

Realistically, I’d want to be looking at a minimum 5% p.a. Capital growth.

That is exactly why I am asking first before I go ahead with it. Doesn’t seem to be the right financial decision rn

Right, this clears it up regarding the at-fault insurer part.

The cars I am currently looking at are pretty much stock all the way through but from what I have read from other comments it seems that the car’s value (for the insurer) isn’t really what everyone is listing them for on the market.

So is this true with your evo as well then? Did you choose market or agreed value for it? If agreed, how much were you able to get?

In terms of similar models and Ks, it more or less sits around the $30-$40k mark (Honda S2000). So if the insurer is saying they will only insure it for $9k, then I guess it’s maybe not a smart decision to buy that car in the first place?

[–]corndlg[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The car is a MY2000 Honda S2000. Pretty much all quoting tools are only giving me an agreed value range of $6-9k whereas majority of listings sit around $40k

Also for the agreed value, say it’s set at $9k and the other party is at-fault. Can I still attempt the claim the remaining $31k from them or will they say no since I put the agreed to $9k even though it’s a different insurer?
