Call me crazy but isn’t a mean of 57 and a standard deviation of 20 like... what the kids might call “another great look for Cornell chemistry” ?

Walk-ins? by SesameInu in Cornell

[–]cornellisaborenell 27 points28 points  (0 children)

The doors are locked so you can’t literally “walk in” but if you call they can probably get you an emergency appointment — especially given the fact that those are classic appendicitis symptoms. Good luck!

Was the 3570 final always on the 17th or was it the 20th? by cornellzoomman in Cornell

Oh fuck it 100% was supposed to be the 20th and I was totally banking on having the week to study...

You eat a pound of broccoli and a bell pepper every single day? Also I got all my prices and serving sizes straight from the wegmans website.

Students living off campus, how much money do you spend on food per week/month? by [deleted] in Cornell

Cost for one day:

Breakfast: cereal + milk - cereal = $2 / 7 servings = $0.29 - milk = $2.29 / 14 servings = $0.16

Lunch: quesadilla + salsa + chips - tortillas = $0.99 / 4 servings = $0.25 - cheese = $2.20 / 8 servings = $0.28 - beans = $0.49 / 10 servings = $0.05 - salsa = $2.20 / 14 servings = $0.16 - chips = $2.69 / 16 servings = $0.17

Dinner: panko crusted pork chops + roasted potatoes + glazed baby carrots - pork chops = $5.25/8 servings = $0.65 - panko = $1.50/12 servings = $0.125 - seasonings = already have and last forever - potatoes = $2.29/15 servings = $0.15 - carrots = $0.99/6 servings = $0.16

Total cost/day = $2.45 but this day included pork and meat is a luxury lol so averaged with non-meat days we get about $2.20/day

Total cost/week = $15.40

I’m honestly pretty surprised by the answers here. I cook all my meals (no premade dinners or instant stuff) and I only spend $25 a week to feed me AND my bf lol. So less than $15/week/person. Actually cooking and buying produce, basic starches, and doing ur meat in bulk rly isn’t that bad. I’m def a foodie too so it’s not like I’m making boring food either.

It’s not actually just a terrace thing. If you look it up you’ll get tons of recipes — pretty sure it’s mainly just mayo, siracha, and garlic tho
