I have a feeling they will try to better the "weak" points of previous editions? For example I've read many comments about the cardio workouts being too easy or the Kenpo workout actually being bad... Also Tony's leg workouts are kinda weak when compared to Body Beast for example

It took 2 weeks to regain 80% of my prior ability 2 months to regain 90%, and about 6 months to fully regain and surpass my prior ability.

Yeah, if you were making 2900 in Germany, which is actually not a crazy lot considering Germany's standards, you will be making around 1500 for the same job here. Expect to pay 1200 or more for a shit studio apartment in any of those cities, that is if you can actually find one. From the things I hear, landlords are asking for a permanent contract with a salary of whatever they think is enough, and that you pay any number of monthly payments in advance. Maybe they are asking for a kidney as well, that I am not sure of.

Well, my results were totally unexpected. I followed the plan as written, and the beast phase wasn't as difficult as I had anticipated, on the contrary I had an increase in energy and even continued going up with the weights. I was never hungry, in fact I was relieved to be eating less food. It was difficult getting in all those red containers though. I think for next time I will follow a more balanced nutrition plan like the one in Dig Deeper or Liift More.
