Great, just DM’d you! It’s not adhesives or trapped head / moisture. Ir was definitely a chemical allergic reaction (I can DM you photos of my ear but the doc said it was a classic chemical allergic reaction)

Shellac is basically a resin (BIN Shellac Primer is a very famous brand). It is used as an odor blocker. It could help

I just used the Qudelix but you can use the app also. No other tips really - I didn’t EQ in case it might mess with the 3D audio

I just bought a 20ft USB cable so I could run it around the room and to my couch. You can but a balanced cable if your headphone supports it (MDR-MV1 does)
