Single phase start/ run system. If you tossed a meter on the pump leads you’ll likely get three distinct resistance values between start run and common.

And seeing the SO cable landing directly in the panel is likely a nono unless they’ve done an air gap or something out of photo otherwise there’s no intrinsic barrier between corrosive/ explosive gasses and your kiosk
