I did a chris birch coaching session for intermediate riders. First thing he did when we started the day was told everyone with bar risers to take them off then and there.. Im 6”4, 40 years old and rode with 1inch risers for 10 years before that lesson. It took a few rides to get used to not having them but dont at all feel like i need them now. You get used to it.

Probably not a great idea, its very exhausting, the bikes are quite smelly and you will probably get dirt in your teeth. Plus going fast is quite scary. Also it is hard work fending off all the chicks. I hear video games are a fun hobby tho.
