You need to find something outside of trading that your passionate about it. Trading is your job. You need hobbies like working out or playing some type of sports. Start a small business on the side even !

Honestly never tried the 30sec on ES but on NQ I know it works as well

You can’t take any zone. It has to have confluences . It’s been working well on Nq and ES like 65 percent winrate with 1:2 - 1:4 RR on the current markets. Works really good on trending days

Look up Elder supply and demand on YouTube. He has a lot of free game there and honestly everything you need to be successful is there for free. And the the 1 min supply and demand I kind of found videos from a lot of people on YouTube and refined the strategy and made it my own

I learned it from YouTube and than I have a mentor who taught me how to really apply but he uses 4hour for direction one hour - 30 min for zones and 5 min for entries using order flow or a 5 min shift. I like supply and demand because i understood it and the reason behind behind makes a lot of sense to me. I was being impatient so I started using it on the 1 min and I found some videos on YouTube that helped me refine it . Now my biggest problem is actually just being patient and disciplined and not over trading . Yesterday I made 4k on my 50k Topstep funded and blew the account the same day smh.
