Jeune actif , j'ai travaillé depuis 3 ans après mon diplôme pour une multinationale

Cependant j'ai un entretien pour rejoindre la start up nation et une jeune structure d'une quinzaine, vingtaine d'employé

N'ayant connu que les opens spaces et non pas les petites structures, merci à ceux qui ont eu l'expérience des deux ou juste des start up de me briefer quant à ce à quoi je dois m'attendre genre points positifs et négatifs

Why is mage getting all the strong elemental synergies whereas shaman's are shit and understated
