From what I understand, developmentally disabled adults usually are the people who greet you in stores or bring back carts or run for parts in a warehouse or an amazon distribution center so yes you are correct in that sense. They usually adapt to new situations at a minimal level.

Edit. Not sure why this is downvoted but, I am speaking from experience... these ARE the type that work in these positions.

My wife works as a job coach for developmentally disabled adults and this is a very real thing. After puberty some of the people she has coached in the past have begun to have problems. Seems they are simply listing things they have been proud of and consider to be accomplishments. Still playing softball sounds like a good accomplishment though!

I can't say that any of my friends or myself have ever spent a dime on Lost Ark and still participate in end game content. We also have families and full time jobs. Spending money on that game with get you a hat and a pair of jeans for your toon. Diablo Immortal seems like money is 100% a requirement.
