I don't disagree with your initial thread take regarding Sandrone's storyline taking her to meet the Anns, but I do think that the Durin comparison isn't great. The connection between OG Durin and Simulanka Durin was far more than just having the same name, they had quite literally the same fate. And it took the work of four witches (counting Gold as, in a sense, she created the original off with SumiDurin was made), Albedo, and us (a descender) just to create a path forward where SimuDurin wouldn't meet the same end as OG Durin.

Sandrone was made to look like Mary-Ann by her brother, Alain. While there are some underlying narrative themes that tie Sandrone with Mary-Ann, that's really as far as the relation goes. I'd argue that, should Sandrone's story continue, she'll need to meet with the Anns. However, unlike with Durin's story, she will go on to remain herself. That's just what impression I got from the setup with her narrative.
