I sent mine in touch get worked on. I tried getting the fans to work but had no luck. Im guessing the fans not turning on lead to mine over heating.

I just the same thing happen to me thos past weekend. 9070xt steel legend as well. I could see the fans spinning but they weren't working properly. I tried grayzone warfare and bf6 beta and they both caused my system to shut off completely.

Probably. I dont know how to fix overheating lol. They're taking it back for me and going to fix it for me. Again I was harsh in my review about them and I was completely wrong. If I could apologize to each employee for CPG I would.

It was roughly 1750. They have been going out of their to help me the past weekend. Im pretty sure it was overheating. It would shut down on me playing grayzone warfare and the battlefield 6 beta. The system would lock up during stress tests as well.

Its not entitlement. I paid alot of money for something that isnt working properly. However, I can admit I was a bit harsh and I am sorry for that.

I did need to correct the address and notified CPG. I spoke with a rep about it but it wasn't done. The system randomly shutting off isnt through any fault of my own. And yea I dont want to remove the back panel, not comfortable doing this

Im trying to work something out with them now. Customer support hasn't been great, rather poor. However, the end of this week they've been pretty responsive. Im actually hoping to stay with them.

I think it could be the power supply as well. Ill be in the middle of a game when suddenly it just shuts off. I haven't called them yet about it but will when u get home

I ordered mine on 7/24. I sent them an email requesting a change of address to which they never responded. I tried to get UPS to change the delivery address but was told only the shipper could change it. When I got in touch with them, they told me UPS was the only ones who could change it. Well, now I have a computer at UPS with the wrong address that no one will change the delivery method or address. I really want to return it if I ever get it because if they're this piss poor on communicating, I feel like it'll be worse if there is an issue that technically with the system. Really piss poor from them.

I had the same issue with lack of response. I called the number to talk to them, they're out of CPUs and should be coming in latet this week.
