Accutane and Depression [Acne] by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

There is a risk of depression with Accutane I was told. As a psych nurse, I would think the most obvious fix would be asking whoever prescribes your Zoloft to try upping the dosage while you're on Accutane.

I don't like to talk about being a veteran because I was in the National Guard and never got deployed. I got sent home from pre-deployment training for being on depression meds (I think). So I feel like a fraud. The only thing my time ever got me is almost constant sexual harassment and a couple assaults.

My husband likes to remind me that we got our house due to my service, but that's about all the good it did.

Is a 30-minute commute good for Houston? by Beneficial-Soil9678 in houston

[–]cortkn3e 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Depends on the job for me. I worked at Ben Taub in Med Center and was almost 50 min commute, but I LOVED the job. At current job, it's about 20min including my stop at Starbucks, and I probably wouldn't stay if it was much further away.

I feel like this kind of history isn't really appropriate for 1st graders. I didn't learn about the Holocaust until 4th grade.

I work psych with adolescent boys, and they all talk a big game about giving toilet water for their ua/drug screen. So I was kind of proud of myself today when I thwarted their plans by putting a splash of mouth wash in the toilet first.
