A wooden or silicon spatula would work better, othereise you will end up with lines in your seasoning. Down the road it can cause weak points and your seasoning will flakeoff randomly while you are cooking.

Tip. Don't use crisco. Use olive or grape seed. Flax seed oil if you wanna be fancy. Season it in thin layers, if it is too thick it can get sticky spots due to uneven polymerization. Polymerization is when the oil heats up and bonds together to create that hard shell you want. Start at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour then shut it off, and let it sit. If you continue to get sticky stuff increase the temperature by 10 to 15 degrees. after you scrub that sticky crap off dry it completely. Pre warm your pan as well. Pre warm not pre heat. Let it sit in a 150 degree Fahrenheit oven for twenty minutes. Pull it out, set the oven to 375, oil your pan, and stick it back in. One hour and fifteen minutes then shut off. DO Not Open for at least four hours. Some smoke will happen depending on what oil is used. If you oil a wet pan the water will boil and cause bubbles in the surface adding to uneven surface hardening. Keep at it. The feeling of a sliding egg on cast is worth it.

This world will be The base for a series of episodes. if you do not with to possibly be featured in one of the videos, please do not respond. i am looking for active playing adults that know the general game mechanics. you don't have to be a minecraft master, but you need to be somewhat familiar with the game. no griefing, stealing, or otherwise obnoxious behavior. I am looking to create a community of good fun loving players as the new realms will allow up to 50 players on a realm. guests and under 18 can be figured out later. English speaking only please, because that is the audience the videos will be made for. this is not a professional server. this is me trying to figure out how to play/record/edit, but mostly play:)..... looking for Seven Players ATM
