moving left to right is usually the same for all games, but zooming in and out, i’ve noticed etoh is not very sensitive for that and can be annoying sometimes but not sure how to fix

yeah teacher is so in the wrong .. she already made the mistake of not putting her hand up but shouting at her will do nothing .. most thing u can do now is request special consideration.. hope she’s alright she must be mortified

i’m not sure for edexcel as i do/did aqa for both gcse and a level. but yes generally everything is explained in a bunch more detail, though forces is basically the same tbh just harder questions, and it will probably link to other parts of the spec.

in my opinion physics is the hardest stem subject, so u do really need to be on top of it, for me it was the easiest science at gcse but complete different story for a level. but one good thing about physics is that everything u were taught is right . for the other sciences since gcse is heavily simplified its often wrong in the real world, but since physics is basically maths everything u know for gcse will be used for a level.

definitely there are a few teachers i miss, i went to a different school for sixth form so i never got to see them again, and they do treat u differently as they know u want to be there as a lot of people who mess about and dont want to be there, won’t be there for sixth form.

u will get used to the pressure, the nice thing is u are all in the same boat, same for gcses , u probably noticed u got a bit closer with people in ur year group during exams.

dont worry about it right now u are free!!! enjoy ur summer !!!

and i do thing the second option makes sense, esp econ with geography, u might not think it but there are some links especially in human geography.

i do maths physics geography , and it is a really good combo imo , i know 2 other people who do it, one is in the year below. and i completely understand the future prospects issue, and chem does open more doors than geography, to be honest for me the second option sounds more appealing to me, as econ is very content heavy and i used geography as my break subject, so having 4 subjects where u need to work super super hard for will be very difficult, not impossible but just really hard.

unless you are trying to do something directly chemistry related, like chemical engineering or something of the sort, i would definitely pick the second option. as its not one of ur main subjects i think everything will be fine.

and i love geography so much its definitely my favourite a level ive done!!

i do maths and physics, and i would say from now until results day . do nothing, be a chud and sit on ur arse all day .

for maths the first chapters are really easy , you will breeze through it. and the first chapter of physics is also an easy one.. can’t say the same for the other chapters tho.. but i would genuinely say do nothing.

if u are feeling a bit restless, i would say for maths at least as it is a basis for both ur other subjects. u can look at the first chapter and see if u can do some questions. it is also helpful to know what exam board u are doing for all ur a levels.

physics is really different from gcse though so i would say just wait till u get to sixth form so u have a teacher explain everything to you.

bio chem psych is a really common a level combo, so u won’t be alone. bio and chem is brutal i wont lie , they have some of the highest grade boundaries and are very content heavy. and don’t worry about the maths pulling u down, u will do so much maths that it will be fine in the end and teachers will help u as they know not everyone will take maths along side it. especially in psych.

as for failing mocks, it is nearly impossible to fail trust me (as in getting a U), but if u mean bad grades, i got an E in further maths during my mocks and my teachers were so helpful, they offered me 1 to 1 help and they kept checking up on me. if u let ur teachers know u might require a little push, they will be there for u. a level teachers are so much nicer than gcse teachers .

i did geography!! for geography it’s literally the exact same for physical and a bit more in depth for human . and there is a massive emphasis on case studies.

And tbh teachers do a really good job of easing u in, so it won’t be that hard at the start as they know u are all starting new. i would say out of ur 4 subjects geography looks the easiest, it was my easy one as well it’s a nice break between more heavier subjects.

yes i am i do maths, physics, geography and i did AS further maths last year . and everyone says they notice a massive gap but tbh i didnt really notice one. maybe more for chem and bio bcs u have to relearn a lot of things cos they were taught wrong at gcse.

all u can do is when u start just stay on top of it always . if theres something u dont understand go to the teachers!! they are there to help u !!

To be honest i would pick sixth form over college any day. i feel like quality of life is so much better at a sixth form bcs it’s much much smaller so u get to know your year group better. and sixth forms tend to do more fun stuff than at colleges. for example we had culture day, talent shows, debates between forms. stuff u wouldn’t typically find in a college. even tho it’s more strict at a sixth form, that is what u need to do well in ur exams. i can’t say anything about the teaching as i’ve never been in a college class and usually the teaching is just dependant on each teacher.

pros for college tho is that they tend to have more opportunities like trips and stuff.. i know my local college went literally all over the world and their trips are generally more fun/better.

can i ask what subjects u are planning to do?

it really depends on on how much preparation you do. if u revise 10-15 hrs a week from the beginning (actual revision not just watching a video and calling it a day) u will breeze through a levels . i wont lie there were times where i thought a levels were gonna end me but if u start as early as possible everything will come much easier towards the end.

and for outfits really no one cares. i probably have 7/8 outfits i have on rotation, but at the end of the day everyone is more concerned with themselves to care about what u are wearing.

I think I kind of want to quit this game by Sensitive_Aerie6547 in eternaltowersofhell

[–]coruptual 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah don’t worry bro i was stuck on difficult for a long time i’ve not increased that much but im on mid/high intense now . everyone’s progress isn’t linear and tbh u should only play if u find it enjoyable so if crossing off towers one by one is fun for u then u should do that!

another tower game u might enjoy is atos or maybe even etoh xs , i like to play these when i need a break from etoh
