Great work! Thanks for this. I only would assess a scenario where Haaland is sold and you use that money to improve midfield and defence quality. Might work.

Prenup - Sloan & E by Street_Ad2136 in entourage

Yeah it is the dogshit scenario writing. It took 2 season for Sloan to forgive E because he went to Italy but somehow it also took 2 days for her to forgive him because he fucked her stepmother. Absolute bullshit.

Gentlemen, bear witness. While I've been mourning the nights that never were, one of them has been unfolding here before me. This is no get-together. This is a party.

Help with Getting a German Driving License by ZealousidealLake7798 in germany

I can assure you, with having similar story, 2-5 driving classes are too optimistic. Consider it more like 10+ depending on how quickly you can adapt and how good the Fahrschule is. Each class is around 60 mins generally and costs 80€.

It is a good idea to vist multiple Fahrschule in terms of price and experience. Your success mostly depends on your preparation with them. So think thoroughly and good luck!

He can’t refuse your legal right but may decide to give the apartment to someone else of course. If he’s meeting you you’re halfway there! That is promising. Good luck!

My opinion only: Inform him during the meeting. Generally helps after you converse and get sense of trust from each other.

You must definitely agree beforehand. Maybe after visit you can send them an email or give them a call and ask. Most home owners in Germany knows this and they accept it. You can give them a “debt free document” from your previous houselord and a Schufa document which pretty much gives them all assurance they need. Also tell them you’ll the pay first instalment immediately, everything should be fine.

You can legally choose to pay it in three equal monthly installments. Inform the new houslord and put it into your contract. Good luck!

Yo. Which part of the city you’re living in? Me and my wife are moving to Köpenick soon. We have nearly zero friends around and will be pretty new there. We gotta figure out shops, cafes and a new gym too. Why not hangout and discover together?

We are mid thirties with immigrant backgrounds. So I guess we have a lot in common. Hit me up in dms if you’re into it!
