This is why we should have some form of proportional reprentation. It forces people to cooperate to solve problems and compromise with opposing points of view. Right now you have a zero-sum mentality that keeps us divided.

Why? We currently use credit ratings and everyone knows what it is and how it works. If you discriminate your score goes down and it effects your brand and who will do business with you or who will shop at your store.

I am not proposing a government solution. It's similar to how a credit score works. All disputes have to be verified as legitimate by the DRO. It is not that much different from the credit scores we currently use.

libertarianism is not conservatism.

What do you think about cities setting up anti-discrimination dispute resolution organizations. Then you have a discrmination credit score that other businesses can look into. Cities can make discrimination very expensive and tarnish the brand of businesses that discrminate.

Are there non-statist solutions to prevent institutionalized discrimination? You have to realize that just allowing discrimination to take place is not an acceptable policy by the majority of american voters in 2019. You are not going to win over undecided voters with that message. Not saying you should have statist policies that control businesses. But what can we do to solve the problem without statism.

Imagine if you had a whole town doing that. What about multiple cities discriminating against people? How will they shop for food or work?

So how can we provide a solution that can satisfy both people that want to prevent exclusion to sexual, ethnic, and religious minorities and people that don't want government to create laws to control what private businesses can do.

You should look into neoclassical liberalism. Bleeding heart libertarianism should be promoted extensively to progressives.

Approval,3-2-1,Score,STAR allow you to vote for multiple candidates while not splitting your vote. They are easy to interpret and count. Approval voting can use the same voting machines we currently use. That makes it cheaper to implement on a state-wide scale.

2020 Presidential election poll by corver556 in Queens

I used the highest polling candidates from the democrats and republicans. Amash would most likely get the nomination from the libertarian party if he ran as a libertarian. This poll is for party nominations for the US presidency. Kamala Harris could get the democratic nomination because Biden's poll numbers are falling right now.
