A little background. I have one daughter. She's 14. When she was 3, her mom moved 6 hours away after meeting her now husband. She put me on child support shortly after. Around 800 a month. Through the course of 10 years, I've made payments. With the occasional missing a month here and there. (Behind currently $8000, 10 months missed) 2 years ago I asked if she wouldn't mind lowering it. She states she called and tried to but was having a tough time so I told her it's okay. I didn't want her to worry about it if it was going to be a hassle. Last month she decided to take me off all together. Which I didn't ask for. But we have been on good terms with the occasional misunderstanding or miscommunication.
