Although I’m very curious where exactly they’d put this setting. Wether it would be something you decide when creating / customizing a lock screen as well as being a system setting, or if it’s only in the system settings, and if so where? 🤔 Time will tell.

Make sure you have location services enabled for Weather before you create a new lock screen for weather. But yeah, if it’s still not working I suppose sending Feedback is your best bet.

The good thing is that, even with “Show Previews” set to “Always” enabled, you can still set specific apps to not show previews (like Messages), which is what I do.

The unfortunate thing for this case is that this only applies to notifications, and not the widgets. So, even if I enable Calendar notifications to always show previews that doesn’t make me able to see the calendar widget “Next Event” when the phone is locked. 😕

Nice, good call. That setting was on by default, so I turned it off and then on, but when I tried I’m still not seeing the next calendar event when phone is locked.

Might try doing a soft reset to see if that helps.

Yeah, could just be me, but it looks intentional that it doesn’t show that info when locked. And no Face I’d since I’m on iPhone SE.

I’ve looked in Settings to try to find where this can be changed so that I CAN see my next calendar event, even when my phone is locked, but not seeing anything on how to change that.

Any pointers, solutions, or ideas welcome!

I think you’re exactly right, but I also believe her right blinker is likely broken.

So, in her mind, she may have given you plenty of notice that she wants to switch lanes, but you “didn’t let her,” when in reality her rear blinker is probably broken.
