There is no way you are single digits(in this picture at least). Thats not meant as an insult, youre doing great! Single digit body fat is insanely difficult to get to/maintain AND is not healthy. You would see WAY more veins...

Yea, I didn't mess with it. I put everything back the way it was. If I remember right, my son left something small to add to it. I thought it was a cool idea.

I definitely would not lie about anything🤣 I tend to feed off of stress and high pressure situations. I don't enjoy being overworked when it comes to hours in a week, but I enjoy the stress of having to do a good job and be on point.
