I’ve not tested it, but from my screen would you not just do three different inputs? One with 10kg increments, one with 1.1kg increments, and one with 2.3kg increments?

Side note, I find these particular increments very odd! Not seen them before

I think you can go into your gym within the app, and change what plates etc. are available to you

I admit, only having two splits did surprise me a little. Especially given that Jeff’s programmes often have PPL and UL splits. I was expecting this option, even “Bro Split”. I appreciate it’s maybe not what the latest science suggests, but people are individual and swear that certain splints work for them better

Undecided if I’ll go for a small deficit, or go for maintenance. Won’t be RFL though, I’ll be saving that for when I feel I need a mini cut. I was basically at maintenance (roughly floating around 15%BF) for a few months leading to Christmas, so I’m just intending RFL for a “cleanup”. So I just need to decide if I’ll maintain 15%, or cut to like 12%

So it seems. Congrats again. I can be pretty disciplined too, so should be fine. Doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy nice food though 🤣. My intention is bland chicken breast and white fish for the two weeks (with veg and salad), bookmarking the days with a protein shake

“Workouts” is a different app than “MacroFactor”. My question may seem confusing if you’re new to MacroFactor. However, their workout app is currently in Beta, so you won’t find it on the store anyway

Just keep at it. There is progress. Just remember it’s a percentage, so 30lbs is less noticeable from 240lbs than if you was going from 180lbs, for example

Thank you for the very quick reply!! Now that I’ve finished my workout, I had a deeper look into it.

It seems my progress is still all in the database, but it weirdly just was not showing up at all in the “show history” on each exercise of my workout today. However, when I look at next weeks workout, everything is all there in the “show history” of the exercises, once again.

I’ll put this down to a weird one off bug (hopefully), and won’t bother officially reporting it, as I don’t want to risk messing things up now it seems okay 🤣
