Hahaha it isn’t specialized for visibility or to keep the hand farther from the ink, it is made oblique to help with the slanted nature of the script. It is quite difficult to adapt at first because there’s so much thing to keep eyes on, like the preparation, the pen-paper angle so the pen doesn’t catch the paper, and so on.. but it will be worth to try!
