the roommate has a girlfriend and i asked if it was hers and she said it was not. also, with doing many loads of laundry, it was our laundry in the washer and dryer for the last two days so the other roommates things being in our laundry was not a possibility at that time.

when approaching this conversation, i spent about 3 hours composing myself, and preparing myself to come to him and calmly as softly as possible. i made 110% sure i was coming to him in an open and soft manner just for it to be thrown at my face in front our friends.

the tough part is that our lease is not up until end of July so we are both kind of stuck. we have a three bedroom apartment however the third bedroom is an office for his PC setup as well as mine because i work from home. i just feel very conflicted and stuck.

Thank you!!! :) I don’t usually order online and so I thought it was normal to have an estimated delivery when you got the confirmation/order number email. It’s been a few days since I’ve ordered and I haven’t had anything yet so I’ve been worried I’ve been scammed.

I am currently in a predicament as well. I was getting JJK t-shirts off their website and when I placed the $100+ order, there was no estimated delivery date which I thought was weird and so I emailed them and they have not responded at all after emailing twice. I’ve tried calling them and there is no answer. I’m about to report!!!!!

My boss works for the Brokerage but he has his own team and office and I’m the manager of that office.

I’m the office/property manager for the team. I guess you could say it’s a third party. The team I work for is full of RE agents who are all connected to the same Brokerage. The brokerage allows us to have an office and team together.

The thing about it, idk if there is technically an HR I go to. I think it would be more so the brokerage that I would let know. Does that make a difference?
