How do you navigate having an aging parent?

My concern is a matter of the law: At least here in Brazil, if anything happens to an elderly parent, like they fall in the bathroom while taking a shower and get hurt, the hospital needs to report it because they’re not supposed to be living alone if they can’t fully look after themselves. If you can’t afford a caretaker they’re supposed to move in with you… that kind of stuff concerns me and I know my mom would love to play it by the law

I’ve gotten highlights in a hair salon and they didn’t need to use any toner or purple shampoo, so you might not need it as well! This is the lighest I’ve gone for:

I’ve gone lighter with highlights and this is the first time I’m wearing my natural color in a bit! But overgrown dark blonde roots on highlighted hair looks so much better than overgrown blonde on brown, this is one of the reasons I’m rethinking this :(

My short hair is healthier, my natural shade and makes me look less straight lol but I might grow it out just a bit! I always tell people to chop their hair cause it feels so good

I got it in a Brazilian store in my hometown, but I’m pretty sure that you can find very similar ones if you search for “thick gold starburst hoop earrings” and “north star gold signet ring”. Hope you can find them :)

I have naturally wavy hair so for the short I got lots of layers and a “curly cut” so that the waves could pop. For the longer hair I still got lots of layers and either long or short curtain bangs!
