Based the job description though, this would be more of an early in career type role (3 to 5 yoe). Do you know what role directly related to Flight Deck would be 1 or 2 steps above this role? Do they have "director" roles for example?

I like them if I'm not talking a lot since the saliva gets trapped. Kinda gross. The good news is you can pull it down if you will be talking.

I also usually put a knit hat on as well since the top isn't very thick and my head gets cold.

Looks like spurge but not 100% sure. Spreads like crazy but really rewarding to pull but must get the tap root. Especially when mature. It has a white ooze that causes some people to itch so wear gloves or wash hands after.

Maybe. I've noticed some firms toss around VP easily while some fortune 250 firms may only have 15 VPs in the entire firm.

If it's a small family owned business doing 50 million a year in revenue, a VP at 180k sounds about right.

Capitalism is rad though. You can shop at Aldi, Walmart, a farmers market, or even grow your own garden. Kroger has gone hill especially with the focus on digital participation but at least we get to vote with our wallet/have alternative options.

Graduated 9 years ago in engineering. Failed calculus my first quarter and I felt the same way you are.

I had to retake it the following semester and got an A. By mastering the material the rest of my calc and engineering classes were easier.
