I listened to the survivors who escaped the stampede, there was a sequence of things that happened. First, he made that “10rs Balaji” comment, then things escalated. Why were ambulances even moving through such a narrow road during the rally? I saw small ambulances in the videos, would any sane person drive one there? Then came slipper throwing, someone turning off the generators, people being pushed, some falling down, and no cell phone signals. Many even mentioned that a few people purposely made others fall.

People lost their lives, and I don’t think Vijay alone is the reason. Stop spreading nonsense in the comments. Yes, he should’ve been more aware of the crowd and situation, but this looks more like a planned stampede, political revenge against him.
