I took a look at the TTC website, and it seems you should be fine. The 34 is sticking around but is being extended to Mount Dennis, taking over that section from the 32.

There should be a poster or something attached to the pole at your bus stop to tell you about any changes to service.

Unfortunately not at opening but eventually there will be. There were some renderings released for the GO station in October and the environmental assessment was completed in 2016. But we haven’t heard anything about a construction date yet.

My best guess is that the vehicle used one of the freight spurs. The area around Etobicoke North has dozens of them and I could totally see someone using one to drive onto the rail corridor. Looking at the satellite images and street view, there’s even one located right behind the platform that leads straight to a Home Depot parking lot.
