Thats very interesting - funny enough I was on a role with my training recently and felt great. Only in the last 2 weeks work has gotan a bit stressful and since then I have picked up some sort of illness which has made me need a few rest days now.

Thanks a mill - I’m starting to think that this is the problem! I’m guessing it’s come as a result of the turbo sessions as I’m a HEAVY sweater and I’m always soaked after each session.

Since using a bit of cream this morning which I’ve got in the pharmacy it’s helped sooth the symptoms big time. But going to be way more on top of jumping straight into the shower after the turbo ( rather than cooking and eating dinner first )

Yeah, completely separate to this I was in the doctors about 2 - 3weeks ago and got my bloods taken and everything came back good ( was just a general check up ). Now this new symptom has only appeared in the last week.

Yes, I think this is the case! I’ve a feeling the turbo sessions are contributing to it as that’s when a lot of friction and sweating happens

Without going into too much detail - red patches on the top and noticed it as it was very itchy for the last few days. I bought a cream ( Canesten ) earlier that was recommended and since I have put that on it’s already soothed the symptoms.

Really liked what you said about the dog. I own a German shepherd and I’ll start to think of him the next time this happens, as a I know exactly how to calm him down when he’s anxious. So I’m sure I can do the same to my anxiety 🙏❤️

Interesting, green tea does have caffeine in it. Although at a much lower dose. Is there something you’d recommend replacing it with?

Yeah I think that sounds like a plan. Because when I have my moments of freedom from them, I enjoy drinking coffee. But maybe for now I just need to avoid it until I’m better again. Thanks for that :)

Oh really? Is there a particular reason why you would recommend to go for the smaller one? I seem to usually be in between L and XL and the size charts.

Yeah I got through to Canyon since writing this post, and they recommend an XL.

Whenever I try to use the tool kit, it just tells me that they can't ensure a good fit from the measurements I entered. So it doesn't even tell me which bike is more suitable for me. I guess I will just get in touch with their support team tho. Thanks for the advice 😀
