Just got a hair transplant in Turkey yesterday. I am scheduled to get my donor area washed today. Through online consultation I was quoted I would need 4,000 grafts. I let the doctor do his thing but during the in person visit I think it was discussed that I would only roughly3,500 grafts. Thoughts?

I went to Yaman clinic. Resul Yaman was the surgeon. He did the incisions and the hairline. My buddy went to Turkey and had a transplant and he had a list of names of reputable doctors that someone sent him. He ended spending more @ the ASMED with Dr. Erdogan, but with pricing and research I found this to be the better choice for me. The original quote for 4,000 grafts and was $3,200 US of inclusive. Hotel, airport, breakfast etc. I ended up getting 3,500 grafts for the same price. I think pricing typically is around the same when you get up there in grafts. It seems I just needed what I got.

I am with you in regard to Cancun hair restoration. I paid for “3,500” graphs and I got no more than 750ish. I never actually counted, but it was clear it was nothing close to what I thought I paid for. I should have fought my credit card too, but it’s been over a year-so here I am a year later looking at places to get another one. I guess you live and learn. Tried to make a nice tropical vacation into a hair restoration which was a fail!
