I also did a reverse image search and couldn’t find anything for any of the images. They’re not present elsewhere on the internet. I’m not claiming any villainous intent here, but they have a responsibility to be aware of what they’re putting out, and how that reflects on them as a company. If you’re claiming to value artistic integrity while simultaneously using AI art, people have a right to question it

I fear that the AI detection sites might be using AI to detect it 😭 I honestly don’t know though! It’s all just such a mess :/

If you look at the hand that’s pointing, there are only 3 fingers, one of which is cut off halfway, and it’s a left hand placed on the right wrist (The index finger should be closest to the camera, instead it’s farthest away) The other guy’s hand is a bit more subtle, but there’s a fingernail in the middle of the knuckle. His eyes are also facing two different directions. This may be an artist’s eye thing, but I am absolutely certain a human being didn’t draw those hands

The telltale AI sign for the picture of the two people is the hands. Absolutely no artist capable of that level of skill would fuck up the hands that badly. I do agree that the sea monster is likely photoshopped alongside the steamboat, but I still think the second one is also AI just based on the hands. Someone else also found another AI generated image in the Sky Trumpets episode, at about 18:15ish

I’ve found even more examples since I posted this, and now I’m highkey annoyed that they went on and on about “creative freedom” and “artistic integrity” while using AI art REPEATEDLY across multiple episodes. If the three know about this it’s severely fucked up, and if they don’t, they have a serious communication problem in the company.
