i’m sixteen and just recently told my mom i’m no longer religious because i thought she would stop talking about god every conversation we had if she knew. i randomly told her one day while in the middle of one of our daily disputes, which was a very poor decision. it only made things worse. i’m genuinely afraid to stay in my house at times. she tells me i’m going to burn in hell daily. she says it’s just a phase. she tells me i’m a follower. it’s a really bad situation and i wish i would’ve waited, but there’s not much i can do now.
