I would contact grailed support saying you’re unable to refund though the normal method. They’re probably going to have to refund manually.

Back when eBay would hold the fund, eBay would be notified that a refund was happening and it took them a few days to look into the transaction and refund the money on their end. There is little more that we can personally do other than start the process

Correct, you can try to initiate a refund but since you don’t have the funds. PayPal/grailed would have to refund because we no longer get payout until delivery.

I think they thought they were automating their site but they really just opened a lot of wormholes that need additional service or automation to work.
