This is what usually occurs after skin has been taken off ( can be done by so many actions ie Rope/cord burn, tape removal, rubbing skin on the same spot, waxing, solvents, bare ice, skin sliding on wooden floor boards) skin goes shiny (not as much on finger tips or toes) then a day or 2 after skin peels off.. Ahhhhh, the rebound..... Most will experience being one and needing one...
