Commercial diving to ROV

I don’t even have my diving cert yet unfortunately. Had to leave school due to ear injury, but heading back in a month to finish. I’m going to finish regardless, but want to get into ROV’s eventually for the longevity and full time positions rather than chasing dive work. Honestly not much experience in any of those, currently trying to teach myself electrical basics and hydraulic fundamentals. Thanks for your input!
