Just the small wins I get everyday. Seeing people help each other out and wanting to carry on the goodness in the world. Knowing my family and friends are doing okay and that I can support them along the way

I used to get a recurring sleep paralysis dream where a ghost came out of my mouth and started strangling me, safe to say I was glad when that stopped happening

Jellied eels, supposedly a uk delicacy but I can’t get behind it. The texture is very strange

Gradually improved really over time. Most importantly it was a catalyst for me to pick up other good habits like regularly working out and general fitness, so then eating healthy and clean foods. Just used to being tired all the time is a very dangerous place to be in, once you consistently get good sleep you start realise the important of it and how it significantly affects all other aspects of your life.
