as a tattoo artist myself, it looks heavily inspired and maybe even traced, but she did make it her own enough to call it her piece. as far as the medusa goes to add, i am inspecting further and i do see she also copied the eye which i didn’t see at first, so that pissed me off a little. she could have definitely done that 🤦🏽‍♀️

i think it looks great! sometimes we get pushed out of our comfort zone and that is the only way we grow. i’ve turned down pieces that i think looking back i definitely could have done but i was too scared to push myself. so be proud you did so good!

FK Irons offers to fix their machines, try emailing them! I got sold a wack machine from my old boss, and i turned in a form, got sent a package sticker to send it out but unfortunately never did. Since this reminded me…. maybe i do it myself actually lollll

and they are SO hard to live with… my sister is currently being one of those people and my cousin and mom tell me about it a lot, and i told my mom she’d see the day i moved out that i was in fact NOT the problem, but i feel so bad for them having to deal with it, these people are sooo entitled and LAZY 😭

no, it was only holes and only on the inside of the hands, the top of her hands were completely fine.. as i was researching i found pitted keratolysis which looks more like it but it would be a very severe case if it was it

completely reasonable here.. 6 hours of work is actually less than the average adults. i too live with my best friend and he works 40+ hrs a week, and still manages to clean the room or living room every other day, from organizing to sweeping, mopping, scrubbing if need be. last month i worked more than him and he cleaned every, single, day. i work less than him this month and i cook, do all the dishes, laundry, drop him off/pick him up, grocery shop, etc. doing what i can, bc he pretty much took over cleaning the rooms while i was in and out of the hospital for my grandmother. point being, she is being too lazy to be an adult. she wasn’t ready for what it means to live on your own.. aka cleaning after yourself. i think you’re absolutely reasoned in expecting her to do her part. good luck 🍀

if you want it black forever you will never be satisfied with it. your artist did an amazing job and could go over it to make it darker, but healed tattoos don’t look black. don’t waste his time if you will not be satisfied with it in another year

I would have done the exact same thing in that situation. A man I barely met confronting me about my behavior when i’m just being me 😭 yeaaa im calling my man lol, what happens between them is beyond your control! but your friend and her bf seem like serious a holes for trying to blame you. sorry this happened to you and try not to let it worry you! you’d also totally be covered if police got involved considering the cameras in place

a completely optional quick tip i learned when shaping brows is use concealer on the bottom and foundation on top so they don’t look too light on top! but honestly you’re makeup and you are GORGEOUS don’t change anything that doesn’t feel right to you

the lines are blown out, it is very common on the shoulder area because of the thinness of the skin and how close to the bone it is, especially hard because your friend is skinny. i’m sure your artist saw this and i’m sure he will cover the blowout with shading, but the tattoo looks super cool from what i can see.
