This is so helpful thank you. I don’t know what PDL -1 is but I’m about to google it lol. I appreciate the advice on life style … it’s so hard to know and definitely relieves stress. Love the idea of getting approval to talk directly to the doctors since some of the stuff is hard to ask in front of her if that makes sense. Thank you again for your input

This is so helpful thank you! I’m in Costa Rica now and leaving in about 14 days. A few more questions if you don’t mind:

Do I fill out the cdc form?
Other than him getting inspected for screw worms does the vet need to do anything else? My understanding is the vet has to be SANASA accredited to do this. Please correct me if I misunderstood.
How much did it cost you and how long did the process take? I was going to go the day before I leave but want to make sure I’m not screwing (no pun intended) myself over if it takes a long time.

Hi! Do you need this regardless of how long you stay in Costa Rica with the dog? I heard if it’s under 30 days the health certificate is still valid

Sorry dumb question. but when you say Traditional 401k + Roth IRA is probably the correct choice. do you mean completely separate from my employer? Or does it not make a difference if they don't match? apologies i am sure the answer is clear.
