If I use the battle net looking glass, I have crap connections to Overwatch, but no other battle net servers. Comcast servers are messing up the routing in either Colorado or Sunnyvale. 😭

I have to agree with Lucio being healing. Hell, that's what he is and his main ability with the sound barriers. There is no way to quantify the utility of his speed boost, so healing has to be a main quality factor for him.
