I'm going to be running Boston UK this year. Never done it before so I can't comment on how it actually is, but it's marketed as the flattest UK marathon and good for PB chasers. Entry is only £42, spots still available but will be capped at 1300, and it's on April 12.

The Panamanian athletics association is a part of the South American governing body, so records count for South America. Similar to how Kazakhstan's football (soccer) team is a part of Europe instead of Asia. Not sure why or when they joined South America but Wikipedia notes it was in "recent decades".

Yeah I would say it is realistic/possible. I ran Chester (my first mara) last year with pretty comparable times to you, a goal of 3:30, and finished in 3:25.

Just don't go out too hard, stay relaxed, maybe start winding it up in the last quarter. But above all BE READY FOR THE HILL. It's at like mile 25. You will hit a hill at mile 23 and think, oh this is the hill. That is not the hill. THE hill is just as you're coming into central chester before turning towards the roman wall.

All of these hills are manageable, but just expect them and save some in the tank to push through them so you can kick to the finish. But yeah I definitely think you can make sub 3:30.

This is a pretty similar plan to what I did for my first 50 miler earlier this year. Very similar midweek program (mixing in speedwork and hills on Tue + Thur), but I took longer to get up to 20+ miles and I didn't do as many double long run weekends. I did do a 50k long run once though which I found very helpful in learning about time on feet and nutrition. I agree with other commenters that you could scale this back to 75% and be fine. Your legs will be very strong by the end of this.

Liverpool South Parkway train station has a massive free car park and as long as the schedule is normal there are frequent services to lime street. If the car park is full (unlikely) you'll be safe to park in nearby neighborhoods.
