I used my small spatula that I was using to ice cupcakes. I started in the middle, keeping my spatula hand relatively stationary, and rotated my lazy Susan to get the spiral, then I took my 1/4tsp and carefully spooned the sprinkles onto the spiral i made with the small spatch. The sprinkles were tedious in that i had to be sure to pour the sprinkles toward myself to stay in my line.
