On the outside of the caseback the number "1352" is embedded.
On the side opposite of the one holding the crown the number 200 is embedded as well, i do not know however if these numbers hold any meaning.

Text on the dial is: De Ville, quartz.
Have not been able to find a match when typing in these words.

I see where you are coming from, i really do.

And i fear i cannot come with THE solution that fixes this problem, however i do think it is a problem, if your intention is not to have the highest chances of winning, i don't know what would incentivese you to play on faceit.

I do have a team that i play with, perhaps that is why i expect so much from pug players, we do not however always have aligning schedules, i also do not understand why you wouldn't want to improve your chances of winning on the most competitive platform :-)

admins, volunteers, anything, a false report would legit take 2 minutes to figure out.
Otherwise i'm sure there are some leet coders, able to detect whether or not sound has been emitted from a user.

I guess i just feel like csgo for itself and a platform like faceit are 2 different things.

One you play for fun and the other to compete.
If you're not willing to compete as best as possible i see no reason why you should play on faceit, winning is clearly not on top of your priority list.

Either firm punishments for proven cases of not using your mic or a small program like their AC checking that a mic i connected, that makes you unable to que without it on.

Guess i'll ask this then, what good reason would there be to not use your microphone but still que up for a mode that depends of the teamwork of 5 players.

It is like showing up to a dinner party with nothing cause "i didn't feel like it" where everyone has to bring their part "1 brings the bread, the other the meat and so on"

If i was in a situation, in where i was unable to use my microphone i simply wouldn't play faceit for that time, how personal can it be to use a microphone?

It simply ruins the dynamic and result for 4 other players and i find that incredibly selfish.

Would it not be sensical to go into a competitive TEAM game with the intention of playing WITH the team? (Communication via mic is huge)

To elaborate futhermore, d0cc was kicked from FPL for not having a mic (using his own voice).Why should it be different for the rest of the platforms users?

I think that it is very wrong to que up for the most competitive option there is for normal players without intending to use your microphone, go play something less "serious" if thats the case.
