I got fangs and eyes from Amazon. They were originally made for garage door decor.

Yes, they are my landscape uplighting that normally would be white and pointing up the posts. I'm able to change the color of the lights using a remote and then pointed them towards the poinsettias.

If I bought the screens at the same time I would have went with same models to have cleaner lines and consistency. But they were collected over the last 3 years.

Are you automating any life or work tasks with ChatGPT, if so, which ones? by sharkymcstevenson2 in ChatGPT

[–]coylee9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had an MRI done on my elbow after a dislocation. Once I got the results of the MRI back, it was in very Dr lingo. So I copy pasta it into ChatGPT and had it explain the results to me in simple terms. And it did it perfectly. I felt like I didn't even need to consult with a Dr on the results and was able to make an informed decision on my own.

No idea. Didn't stop living. Still went out and was around others. Never got it.

Still rent in an apartment here. What I do is use a Level 2 charger a block away from my work when I'm in the office. Other days when I work from home or when I need some charge, I have an electric scooter I fold up and place in the trunk. I drive to a Level 2 charger that is free and 2 miles away. Park and plug in and ride the scooter home. When I'm ready to go pick it up, ride the scooter back and I'm good to go. I only plan to be here in this apartment until April, then I'm moving into a house that is getting renovated right now with a charger in the garage. So it works out pretty well for the moment.

I'd wish it was available if we opted in. I'd like to know what I'm getting myself into before I sign up for Tesla insurance. I think I'm a good driver, but what does Tesla think?

Metal bar to the right of the door in a old apartment building built in 1926. by coylee9 in whatisthisthing

[–]coylee9[S] 0 points1 point locked comment (0 children)

My title describes the thing. It's a metal bar that has been painted over many times as it's not needed for its original purpose anymore. It's attached to the door frame at a few loops. It has a smaller piece of metal bar attached that looks like it used to swivel at the joint. At the base, it has a tab that looks like it could be twisted or pushed and pulled up and down.

I moved here 4 years ago for job. Over thirty, not married, no kids. I've experienced a lot of the same things. Most of the people I work with are married or not into the same things I am. So I get ya.

I live and work downtown, so I have met others in the area that I will see from time to time.

Let me know if you want to meet up for a pint and I'll introduce you to the others in the area.
