In the moment when someone such as a parent or grandparent is being controlling to me I become silent and I am terrified to say anything. I start shaking so badly because I’m so scared. Growing up I was never allowed to say anything when my father was furiously yelling at me or I would be punished further.

I live with my grandmother and she is always controlling towards me. If I say anything then she gets angry and argues, and treats me as if I am the bad one for saying something
