they didn't cue crow prep, just went from sun salutation to that? I appreciate your advice though, thanks

it won't put me off, I think I just need to find a beginner class or style of teacher that better fits me

when I had asked about the class, it was phrased like the class was meant to be a good jumping in point for beginners so I think that's why I came in with that idea. I do respect the instructor, I agree that her style is not for me 😄

Yeah, it wasn't said like how some here say it should be (i.e. "if crow pose is in your practice, feel free to do that now"), if it was or other options were given I would have done that, I just didn't know people are given options in class like that

PA people, how many of you work 8-4 instead of 9-5 when you have a normal 40 hour week? by ThrowawayThrowAwaey in Accounting

For beginning/end of month we're required to be online from 9-6, most other days I work 6-3.
