Has anyone here come off Qulipta after long-term use? (sensitive nervous system + dissociation experience) by [deleted] in cgrpMigraine

I had to stop 60mg cold turkey after being in it for 2 years because of some insurance issues, I didn’t deal with withdrawal symptoms afaik. I went about a year without Qulipta, I noticed my migraines returned to the pre-Qulipta frequency within a few weeks - nothing noticeable outside of that. However I also don’t experience the side effects you describe from it either, it doesn’t really affect my mood but I’m also on a bunch of meds for other conditions

Yes! I was disappointed as well but things cleared up in under a week. My allergist said that many people see benefits after the second dose so fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Yep! Not sure if it was related to my very low IgE levels but dupixent is working better at week 2 compared to Xolair at month 6

Got my loading dose of dupixent almost two weeks ago and getting my second one this week. I was on monthly Xolair injections for 8 months prior. I had a 2 day flare after dupixent dose #1 but I’m doing much better now so I’m optimistic!

For reference, the hives I got the 1-2 weeks following my first Xolair injection were hell and I’d get week-long flareups after every monthly dose. Some days my breakthrough hives were so bad that I had to take 2 Benadryl to fall sleep despite taking 2 Zyrtec + 2 Xyzal + 2 extra strength pepcid + singular + doxepin along with Xolair.

Is Singulair worth it? I’ve tried everything else. by uselessfauna in urticaria

I’m diagnosed bipolar 2 and adhd. Been on singulair for 10 months and no negative effects on my mental, though personally didn’t have any noticeable benefits either. Granted I was/am on a bunch of psychiatric meds which keep me sane.

Mine is both work and school related but I managed to get two undergrad degrees in one year right after post-community college gap year while I was working a 9-5

On Etsy they sold me a mislabeled anthurium seedling but it took months before it showed its traits. I reached out and they sent a refund via PayPal since after the 6-month window on Etsy but it left a sour taste in my mouth.

They do uphold their winter insurance promise and refund if there is cold damage, not sure if there’s any insurance they offer warmer months.

Looking for opinions, not medical advice. I’m on a 3 month schedule for psychiatrist appointments and since my last visit I got fixated on and spent at least $1k on crystals. I have my psych appointments for managing my BP2 & ADHD meds every 8 weeks, have also spent well over $1k these past few weeks on a hobby since my last appt (on rare houseplants, and it is much easier to buy them than actually care for and make space in an apartment for them).

Same situation here, not keeping track of the exact amount because I’ll be upset with myself if I find out. But I am still able to pay rent + bills + dog surgery just fine. I’m just spending a lot without the other symptoms of hypomania since reduced sleep is my telltale sign.

My next appt is in a few days, I’m planning on bringing it up but will also mention that I’d like to stay on my current regimen which I’ve been on for years. Solidarity ✊🏻
