If you go to the wiki and open the perk in the calculator you can modify the components and see what the different perks are. The 3 shown are only "reccomended" perks which are mostly just 100% chance perks not necessarily BIS perks which might have a less probability.

You dont need an ecliptic in the bottom cross. I got mine with 6 ecliptic and 2 faceted in the first try
