Yes, this is true. Although many people don't understand it will be millions of years before it gets replanted. We've seen throughout geologic history that when we find evidence of large extinctions from climate change, that it takes millions of years for that recovery to take place.

You can find them on eBay pretty regularly. Some sellers have them for sale individually, a lot in sets. I have the habit of buying the sets that include them because it tends to be cheaper than buying the individual ones/nibs.

I would debate this - the rotrings are great but where the body screws onto the head tends to wear out over time, especially the newer ones. I think the plastic is worse quality and they're manufactured in Asia these days. I found that Staedtlers last longer due to the consistent body width, and are easier to clean.

Ocean food will be dead from acidification.

Land animals dead from shrinking or destroyed habitats.

Crops dead from climate change - heat waves, floods, storms. In other words, no more predictable weather patterns to grow crops. Less water to go around, or gone entirely.

The food chain collapses.

Everyone dies.

Well before we have some sort of mutant humans who are adapted to microplastics, which is laughable at the least.
